Grandmother's 90th

My grandmother will be turning 90 years old this month. My aunt asked me to create a card to send out  to her friends and family so they could call or write her a note.

Watercolor card

A friend's mother passed away recently, so I wanted to make a watercolor card. I wanted to keep it simple, so I went with an almost pattern feel and let the fluidity of the medium give it creativity.

New Business Cards

I recently won a free printing from UPrinting for 250 business cards (from a blog I've been following: WebDesignerDepot). I wanted something a little different than the norm, so I decided to go with the 2x2 die-cut with the rounded corners. I chose the cardstock uncoated as I wanted some texture.
To give the illusion of more texture I started with a background graphic of recycled paper and then created my design and gave it stamped effect by making a mask with some grunge texture.
I'm really looking forward to getting them in the mail!

Merry Christmas!

My mom wanted a family photo to send this Christmas, so I aged out a photo we took last year.

Cards

Each time we go visit my parents, my mom and I can't help playing around with her Cricut (gift from the family) and making cards.
